Prime Minister Chinh said that in the current domestic and international situation, the tasks of the People's Public Security force, including the Mobile Police force, are becoming heavier and more complicated.

The Mobile Police force must be truly elite, have good professional expertise and modern weapons; constantly innovate thinking, actions, and tactics; mobilize synergy to perform tasks well; contribute to protecting independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, maintaining political and social stability; and create an environment of peace, security, order and discipline for national development.

The Prime Minister requested more coordinated measures to prevent and combat crime and ensure security; handle activities involving large gatherings of people disrupting security, riots, and terrorism; safely protect the country's political, economic, cultural and social targets and events, and international delegations visiting and working in Vietnam; and actively participate in search and rescue, prevention and recovery from natural disasters and floods.

PM Chinh affirmed that the Party and State will pay more attention to and make more investment so that the Mobile Police force has more strength to meet the immediate and long-term requirements of protecting security and order with a solid and appropriate roadmap and steps.
