Before beginning the session, the Government observed a minute of silence to commemorate the victims killed by Typhoon Yagi and subsequent landslides and floods.
PM Chinh asked each government member to work twice as hard, continue to direct the overcoming of typhoon consequences to stabilize life and production by contributing ideas to improve the legal framework and unlock resources for development.
