PM: Determined to reform, resolute to take action in 2019
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc wrote an article on the first day of 2019 highlighting the government’s determination to reform and resolute to take action to create momentum for rapid, sustainable economic growth in 2019.

In the article, the Prime Minister reviewed Vietnam’s achievements in 2018. He wrote Vietnam will speed up and create breakthroughs in various sectors in 2019 to achieve higher socio-economic growth. Vietnam will focus on strengthening the macro-economy, controlling inflation, ensuring major balances, and improving people’s material and spiritual lives. According to the article, the Vietnamese government is determined to strengthen administrative reforms, develop an e-government, and prevent corruption and waste. Concluding his article, the Prime Minister expressed his belief that with the involvement of the whole political system, and efforts, dynamism, and creativity of the business community and the people, Vietnam will successfully realize the targets set for 2019.
