PM inspects combat readiness of public security units
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Sunday evening inspected combat readiness at some units of the Ministry of Public Security ahead of Tet, Vietnam’s Lunar New Year.

Mr. Phuc praised the Criminal Police Department’s recent achievements saying they provided valuable support to the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security in building security institutions and policies.
Visiting officers and soldiers of the Home Security Department, PM Phuc praised the unit to have fulfilled the mission of ensuring security and safety for Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress.
He added, “This was an outstanding success. The Home Security Department has coordinated with other forces to thwart plots by hostile forces.”
Mr. Phuc also visited the People’s Public Security Guard High Command.
