(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung talked to 70 outstanding young scientists from research institutes, universities and businesses on Friday. They are mostly under 35 and had their scientific papers published on renowned journals.

The Prime Minister said scientists have contributed significantly to national construction and defense while raising Vietnamese prestige in the world: “Priority should be effective implementation of policies lenient to scientists, especially the youth. Our nation’s future depends on the young generation. They should develop a pool of talented staff in science and technology. Other policies should include financial incentives, business incubation and application of science and technology in business operations.”
