(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc leads a Vietnamese delegation to attend the 28th-29th ASEAN Summit and related meetings in Vientiane, Laos, on September 6-8, at the invitation of Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith.
Laos is the Chair of ASEAN this year. The office rotates among the 10 member nations of the bloc, namely Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
