Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung spoke highly of the central province of Ninh Thuan ’s socio-economic development plan by 2020. Addressing a workshop on the master plan on Saturday in Phan Rang City , the Prime Minister said investment promotion activities should be boosted to look for resources in the implementation of the plan: “Ninh Thuan has major development potential in energy, tourism, agriculture and seafood. It could serve as an economic hub linking the central highlands and northern central region. Especially, Ninh Thuan is the location of Vietnam’s first twin nuclear power plants with a total capital of 16 billion dollars using world advanced and safest technology. This is an opportunity for the province’s sustainable development.”
