Addressing the Dialogue with AIPA, the Vietnamese Prime Minister outlined three orientations to enhance the effectiveness of coordination between the legislature and the executive.

First, they need to boost coordination to perfect regulations and harmonize laws to remove barriers and bottlenecks, especially in trade and investment. Second, it is necessary to review and increase legal frameworks to facilitate intra-bloc labor flows. And third, AIPA should maintain solidarity and close coordination to join ASEAN in protecting and upholding the bloc’s principles and common stances, particularly respecting standards of conduct and complying with international law.

Talking to young people, Prime Minister Chinh encouraged the young generation to engage in solving social problems and take the lead in volunteering activities. He reiterated Vietnam’s commitment to working with ASEAN to create the most favorable conditions for young people to develop, be heard, and joining in deciding the future of the ASEAN Community. The Prime Minister suggested turning the ASEAN Community into a "learning community" to develop skills for ASEAN youth, and a "creative community" for ASEAN to be a start-up incubator.

Talking with ASEAN Business Advisory Council, Prime Minister Chinh set out the orientation to create a breakthrough for the ASEAN Economic Community. He urged businesses join hands with the member countries to perfect regulations, develop strategic infrastructure, and create high-quality human resources, especially in digital transformation, green transition, and high technology.

Noting the efforts of the High Level Task Force, Prime Minister Chinh said that the task force should have a breakthrough mindset with a creative and flexible approach, charting strategic directions for ASEAN to develop by 2045. He urged the team to stick to "three breakthroughs" in connectivity, growth, and human development.
