PM Phuc praised the urgency and efforts of relevant agencies, saying this is an important international event that draws special concern of the international community. Mr. Phuc added that the hosting of the summit continues to affirm the increasing position of Vietnam as well as its role and its positive and responsible contributions to international issues. The Prime Minister directed ministries and sectors to do their utmost to ensure security and safety for the summit, making it a success. He noted that the summit is a valuable opportunity to promote the images of Vietnam and its all-round development achievements as well as potential for investment, trade and tourism development.
