PM urges due attention paid to education for national development

(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said on Monday that due attention must be paid to the education and training sector to create a driving force for rapid and sustainable national development and people’s happiness and prosperity.

PM Chinh addressed Monday’s virtual conference linking Hanoi with 63 provinces and cities nationwide to review last academic year and launch future tasks.
“On the threshold of the new school year 2024-2025, I wish all education managers, teachers and lecturers to promote their sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for the profession, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and persistently follow the sector’s goal of fundamental and comprehensive innovation to meet the expectations of the Party, State and people,” said Mr. Chinh.
Mr. Chinh urged careful preparation for the new academic year and the year's opening day on September 5.
