Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc meets leaders of 4 flood-hit provinces

The Prime Minister praised local leaders and ministries for their prompt efforts to minimize losses. He stressed the importance of withdrawing lessons on forecasting and overcoming disaster consequences. He urged for stability to people’s lives and increased assistance for affected people and localities, and asked the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to help farmers to begin their winter crops. He agreed on the need to organize a national conference on natural disaster prevention and control this year.
