Addressing the investment promotion conference in Hoa Binh, the PM said investors must be given the best support and the most favorable conditions, from project study and establishment to production and business.

Prime Minister Chinh asked Hoa Binh to closely coordinate with relevant ministries, sectors and localities to urgently finalize the provincial master plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

He stressed the need to adopt priority mechanisms and policies, allocate reasonable resources for the development of dynamic zones and strengthen cooperation and linkage with neighboring provinces and cities and the whole country, in order to promote investment attraction, consumption of agricultural products and effectively unlock the potential for tourism development, service and processing industry.

At the conference, Hoa Binh authority handed over approval decisions to investors of 16 projects with a total investment of over 2 billion USD.

On Sunday morning, the Prime Minister attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the road linking Hoa Binh-Hanoi region and Son La expressway’s Hoa Binh-Moc Chau section.
