(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the Plant and Food Research Center on Sunday in Auckland, during his official visit to New Zealand, where he heard an introduction to the Center and its cooperation projects with Vietnam.

The PM applauded the Center's research and development achievements and the results of cooperation with Vietnam in Vietnam's advantageous export industries such as dragon fruit and avocado in a clean, sustainable and high-quality way.
Prime Minister Chinh said that during this visit, he and New Zealand leaders will discuss measures to boost bilateral cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, especially cooperation in labor, education and training. He expressed his hope that the two sides will accelerate cooperation in areas with great potential, especially creating breakthroughs in agricultural economic cooperation.
