The Directive urges ministries, central agencies and localities to report on the Socio-Economic Development Plan 2024, which sets out the consistent goal of maintaining macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation, promoting growth, and ensuring major balances of the economy.
The report should clarify credit management, interest rates, and timely allocation of capital for production and business, industrial production, import and export, social investment attraction, foreign direct investment (FDI), the market of corporate bonds, securities, and real estate, and disease prevention and control.
According to the Directive, 2024 will be a breakthrough year to complete the five-year plan 2021-2025, so it’s necessary to mobilize and effectively use resources and create strong and substantive changes in socio-economic development.
The Directive clarifies the task of formulating the state budget estimate in 2024 and the three-year state budget-financial plan from 2024 to 2026.
