(VOVworld ) – Poland is planning to open more embassies in ASEAN countries.

Polish Tadeusz Szumowski said so while presenting his Letter of Credence to Le Luong Minh, Secretary-General of ASEAN, as Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to ASEAN at the ASEAN Secretariat on Friday. Tadeusz Szumowski said this is part of activities to enhance bilateral relations with the ASEAN as well as with the bloc’s member countries. The ambassador stressed Poland highly appreciates the central and active role of ASEAN in maintaining peace, stability and development in the region. He expressed his wish to further contribute to boosting good relations between Poland and ASEAN countries.
