(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang left Hanoi on Wednesday for Beijing, China, to attend the 70th anniversary of the victory in the world anti-fascist war on Thursday.

The visit is made at the invitation of Chinese Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping.
President Sang is accompanied by Head of the Presidential Office Dao Viet Trung, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army Deputy Defence Minister Senior Lieutenant General Do Ba Ty, Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quy Vuong and Vietnamese Ambassador to China Nguyen Van Tho.
