(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang attended a meeting of the liaison committee of Vietnamese former prisoners at the Museum of War Remnants in HCM city on Sunday.

The purpose of the meeting was to recall the staunchness of the revolutionary soldiers to protect the Party and contribute to the revolution. President Sang extended his new year greetings to the former political prisoners and said he hoped they will continue contributing to activities in their localities and to the success of upcoming Party congresses at all levels.
