President receives new ambassadors
(VOVWORLD) -President Tran Dai Quang on Tuesday received the ambassadors of Israel, Bangladesh, Finland, Austria and Cuba, who presented their credentials.

He told Israeli ambassador Nadap Eska that Vietnam values cooperation and is gearing up for the signing of a free trade agreement between the two countries next year. President Quang called on Israel to open its labor market for Vietnamese workers.
Meeting with ambassador Sami Nanaz, Mr. Quang urged Bangladesh to import more Vietnamese products and facilitate conditions for Vietnamese investors in infrastructure development, electricity and telecommunications.
The President told Finish ambassador Kari Kahiluoto that Vietnam regards Finland as an important trade partner in the Nordic region and welcomes the country’s initiative to establish a strategic partnership in a number of areas.
President Quang promised to create the best conditions for Austrian ambassador Thomas Schuller Goetzburg to fulfill his mission in Vietnam and urged Austria to push forward the signing and ratification of the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement. Ambassador Logosxbu said Austria will continue to provide soft loans to Vietnam and is poised to support Vietnam’s bid for a non-permanent seat at the UN Security Council in the 2020-2021 term.
At a reception with Cuban ambassador Lianys Torres Rivera, Mr. Quang reiterated that Vietnam is willing to share its renewal experience with the island state.
