President renews Vietnam’s pledge to ensure businesses’ success
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam always creates the best conditions for Vietnamese and Singaporean businesses to succeed by continuing to improving its investment and business climate and increase transparency, said President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, who is on a state visit on Singapore.

President Phuc told a Vietnam-Singapore business dialogue on Friday that Vietnam has shifted from merely attracting foreign investment to partnering with foreign investors in the spirit of equality, joint development, mutual benefit, shared responsibility, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
"Vietnam prioritizes high-tech and innovative projects which involve Vietnamese businesses in the value chain and promote the digital economy and sustainable development," he said.
At the event, Vietnamese and Singaporean businesses exchanged documents on cooperation projects worth 11 billion USD.
During the visit, President Phuc met representatives of the Vietnamese community and Singapore’s leading firms in innovation including Grab President Ming Maa and Executive Chairman of YCH Group Robert Yap.
