(VOVWORLD) -President To Lam on Sunday offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Na Tu National Historical Relic Site, Cam Giang commune, Bach Thong district, Bac Kan province.

During the resistance war against the French colonialists, this place was where the Youth Volunteers General Team were stationed to perform the task of ensuring transportation to serve the resistance.
President Ho Chi Minh visited this relic site and encouraged young volunteer forces and frontline militants on March 28, 1951.
President To Lam heard an introduction to Na Tu National Historical Relic Site, offered incense in tribute of President Ho Chi Minh, and tolled the bell at the site.
