The visit shows Vietnam’s willingness to foster bilateral relations with Belarus and creating momentum to promote multi-faceted cooperation between the two countries.
After Belarus, President Tran Dai Quang will pay an official visit to Russia, starting Wednesday, at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
