(VOVworld) – President Tran Dai Quang concluded a 2-day state visit to Cambodia on Thursday.

 Before leaving Phnompenh, he met with a number of leading Vietnamese investors doing business in Cambodia. He said that their investment projects have contributed to boosting Cambodia’s economic development and strengthening comprehensive cooperation between the two countries. President Quang said the Vietnamese party, state, and government will continue to encourage Vietnamese businesses to invest in Cambodia: “Vietnamese businesses have overcome many barriers in licensing and land to implement their investment projects in Cambodia. Their effective operations have reflected the wish of both countries.”

He asked Vietnamese businesses to abide by Cambodian law, contribute to local social security, and help foster the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
