(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang highly praised Japanese groups and businesses for increasing their investment and expanding their businesses in Vietnam. Sang was speaking at a reception for Nakagaki Yoshihiko, Vice President of the International Friendship Exchange Council of Japan (FEC), who is leading a business delegation to Vietnam.

President Sang stressed that Vietnam has created many favorable policies and mechanisms in order to make the country a stable and comfortable investment environment. He added that Vietnam was doing its best to improve the quality of its human resources, upgrade the country’s infrastructure, especially in telecommunications, as well as to improve its investment environment. During the talks, President Sang addressed Japanese businesses’ concerns relating to their investment projects, reiterating that Vietnam always tried to create the best conditions for Japanese businesses within the country’s legal framework.
