(VOVworld) - President Truong Tan Sang visited and presented gifts to local officials and people in Hung Yen province on Friday. He wished Party, government and people to promote the building of new rural areas to raise living standards. He asked Hung Yen province to successfully carry out tasks in the last year of Party term and paid tribute to several historical relics and memorial sites in Hung Yen and Ha Nam provinces.
