Prime Minister begins official visit to Myanmar
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam on Monday began a 3-day official visit to Myanmar.

The visit is made at the invitation of Myanmar President U Win Myint. During his stay, Prime Minister Phuc will sign the Program of Action for bilateral cooperative ties in the next 5 years, which will guide the development of the Vietnam-Myanmar comprehensive cooperative partnership.
The two countries have seen flourishing bilateral economic ties. Vietnam is now Myanmar’s 7th largest foreign investor with a total investment capital of 2.2 billion USD.
