(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has called on the National Economics University to take the lead in creating start-up ecology and building a start-up country.

At a ceremony to mark the 60^th founding anniversary of the University on Saturday in Hanoi, Mr. Phuc said as Vietnam’s greater international integration and the 4^th industrial revolution are opening opportunities and challenges, the country needs breakthrough to improve people’s general knowledge and develop human resources. He called on the University to improve the quality of education, attract foreign and Overseas Vietnamese lecturers and scientists, take better care of its employees, invest in educational facility, and create a scientific research environment.
