In his address, the Prime Minister urged the local authorities to pay more attention to improving people’s living conditions in addition to upgrading local infrastructure. He suggested that the province should restructure agricultural production and increase the application of technological advances in production to create added value. During his trip to Nghe An, the Prime Minister inspected a number of projects in Nghe An including the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, the Vissai and Cua Lo Port Construction Projects, and the Vinh-Cua Lo Highway Project.
