(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister has issued a directive on stepping up agricultural restructuring toward increased added value and sustainable growth.
 

The directive urges strengthened linkages in value chains, production, and sales and increased connectivity between farmers, cooperatives, and businesses. The Prime Minister asks ministries and sectors to reform production methods, increase the application of scientific advances in agricultural production, provide vocational training for rural laborers, and continue with new rural development.
