Addressing the launching ceremony in Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province on Friday, Tong Thi Phong, a Politburo member and National Assembly Vice Chairwoman, said they appreciated the initial results of the program over the past year, which has helped the mountain regions develop on a par with the plain. "I congratulate and appreciate those young doctors who work in disadvantaged areas. I hope that you will associate your responsibility with fellow-citizenship and promote the vanguard role of young people to help fulfill your work.
