(VOVworld) – Iran and the P5+1 have made “important progress” towards a final agreement on Iran’s nuclear program before the end of June, said a senior Iranian negotiator.

Iran’s state media quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi as saying that the two sides made significant progress in drafting the final deal, but still argued about its appendixes. A final deal is a complicated and difficult work, Araqchi added. Last week’s talks in Geneva, Switzerland, didn’t narrow differences between Iran and major world powers, including the supervision of Iran’s military bases.
