Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha said there will be bigger things to do to meet the society’s development needs and ensure housing for low-income earners, making an important contribution to social security policy.

Earlier, the Government directed the Ministry of Construction to work with other ministries and urge localities to focus on completing 130,000 apartments in 2024.

To achieve this goal , Deputy Prime Minister Ha requested specific mechanisms and solutions to shorten administrative procedures for project formulation and approval, land allocation, land lease, site clearance, and investment procedures.

All these will encourage businesses to invest in construction projects, create supply for the market and take advantage of preferential capital for social housing development, according to the Deputy PM.
