Mr. Le Anh Dung, Deputy Director of Payment Department of State Bank of Vietnam, said in the coming time, customers will be placed at the center to improve the quality of services, increase competitiveness, and make full use of the achievements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. He said: “The State Bank of Vietnam will promulgate and supplement new regulations to create open legal corridors for online payment. We will take proper measures to promote cashless payment in rural areas, while carrying out the National Financial Inclusion Strategy. It is necessary to strengthen the management of key payment systems, new payment services and trans-border payment activities to improve the safety and efficiency of online payment”.
