Putin proposes reappointing Mishustin as Russian PM
(VOVWORLD) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed to the State Duma, the lower house of parliament, to appoint Mikhail Mishustin again as Russia’s prime minister.

A report quoted State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin as saying the candidacy for the post of prime minister will be voted on at the State Duma’s session later on Friday.
After the inauguration of Putin as the Russian president in the Kremlin on Tuesday, the Russian cabinet headed by Mishustin resigned in accordance with the law.
The cabinet will be elected for the first time according to new regulations taking effect after a constitutional amendment. According to new regulations, candidates for Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and the majority of Ministers must be approved by the State Duma.
