The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities have been required strengthen activities of self-managed anti-epidemic teams in residential areas. Each team of two or three members, who are chief of a residential area and volunteers, are in charge of 40 to 50 households. Everyday, they "walk to every lane, knock from door to door" to promptly update information and remind people to strictly implement measures of COVID-19 prevention and control.
