Dang Hoang An, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, told the event, “The Ministry of Industry and Trade wants to create opportunities for diplomatic agencies, trade representative offices, and foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam to explore Quang Ninh’s potential and connect with local businesses and promote trade and investment between the parties involved.”

Quang Ninh, with a system of ports, border crossings, international airports, and highways, is leading in innovation and breakthroughs in administrative reforms.

For three consecutive years from 2017, Quang Ninh topped the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) and the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Index and ranked third in the Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI).
