(VOVworld) – Quang Ninh province’s 4^th patriotic emulation movement opened on Tuesday. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc praised the province’s emulation movements over the past 5 years and its achievements in developing new rural areas. He said: “I urge each locality and sector to work hard and for role models be promoted. This will make Quang Ninh province more beautiful and developed.”

Quang Ninh leads 15 northern mountain provinces in Vietnam in the number of communes fulfilling the new rural development criteria.
