(VOVworld)- Five-star cruise ship Costa Victoria carrying 2,500 tourists docked at Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province on Wednesday, the first day of the lunar New Year.

Most tourists come from China, Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China) and some European countries. On the occasion of the traditional lunar New year, Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a meeting to welcome the tourists. The tourists will tour around Ha Long Bay, visit Ha Long city and some local people to learn more about Vietnamese people’s Tet traditions and customs.
