Quang Tri province approves more wind, solar power projects
(VOVWORLD) -The central province of Quang Tri has approved two wind and solar power projects with total investment of over 120 million USD.

With 12 turbines, the Huong Hiep 1 wind power project has a total capacity of 30MW. Construction of the plant is expected to be completed by December 2020. Meanwhile, the LIG-Quang Tri solar power plant will be built with a designed capacity of 50 MW and be operational by next year. The province is calling for investment in 17 solar power projects with a total capacity of more than 930MW.
