A few hours later, former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum, who finished 11th with just 1% support four years after winning the Iowa caucus, also called it quits.
The exits of Paul and Santorum follow that of former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who suspended his campaign Monday night after receiving just 1.8% of the caucus votes.
