(VOVworld) – The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration has concluded a training program for state officials in Hanoi. In his address, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong said that as Vietnam has entered a new phase of development, the country was in dire need of human resources, particularly managers. He stressed the need to organize regular training to nurture their talent and morality: “The officials need to continuously improve their ideology, knowledge and managerial capacity. They also need to fulfill the tasks assigned to them and be role models in living up to the expectations of the Party and Government.”

The Party leader asked the officials to make the best use of their lessons to contribute to national development and defense in the new era.
