Professor Pham Manh Hung, Deputy Chairman of the scientific council of central party agencies, says: “During the country’s renewal process, we have gained major achievements in all fields. The results are attributed to the Party’s sound policies to lead the entire Party, the army, and people to build Vietnam into a prosperous nation with an equitable, democratic, and civilized society. Through their consultation, central party agencies have contributed to outlining the reliable policies.”
