(VOVworld) – On Thursday, the Ministry of Justice held a meeting to review contribution by agencies, organizations, scientists in compiling the revised Civil Code and the Criminal Procedure Code which were approved at the 10^th session of the 13^th National Assembly.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the Ministry of Justice to work out specific have plans to implement the two laws: “The Ministries and related sectors need to popularize the two Codes. Media agencies should be further involved in disseminating the legal documents to the public. The Court and the Supreme People’s Procuracy need to issue specific guidelines to assure the Codes put into practice. The implementation of the Codes must be closely examined by the Ministry of Justice”.
