Some deputies suggested removing the maintenance fund of 2%, which is under state management, and allow the residents of the apartment buildings to negotiate with investors to manage maintenance services.
Construction Minister Trinh Dinh Dung received the deputies’ recommendations and affirmed the intention to revise the Land Law so as to ensure that everyone is able to have a house.
