(VOVworld) – The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee expressed thanks to the Mayor of Rotterdam, Netherlands, and the city’s authorities for their help in finding and implementing solutions for climate change mitigation. At a reception for Mayor Ahmed Aboutaleb on Monday, Le Thanh Hai spoke highly of Rotterdam’s past assistance in economics, trade, investment, tourism, and education. He noted that Ho Chi Minh City wishes to intensify collaboration with Rotterdam in those areas and boost links with other cities in the Netherlands on climate change issues.
