(VOVworld) - Secretary of the Central Election Commission Nikolai Konkin said that electoral system is ready for the presidential election scheduled this Sunday. Russian Interior agencies has set up hotline, through which people can report violations during the election campaign and voting process. About 600 international observers will participate in monitoring elections. The early voting is organized for people living in distant and isolated regions, and also for some in foreign countries.
