France published its draft resolution on Friday, saying that the UN Security Council is warning of a worsening humanitarian disaster in Aleppo and tens of thousands of besieged people need to be evacuated. So far Russia has vetoed 6 draft resolutions on Syria since the conflict began in March, 2011.
