At a press briefing on the G20 summit in Brisbane, Australia, Putin said in the interest of people living in Ukraine’s southeast region, relevant parties should take more responsibility for the challenges the people are facing.
He said that although the Ukrainian issue was discussed at bilateral meetings, on the sidelines of the summit, the summit was a good opportunity for all parties to reach a resolution on Ukraine’s crisis despite a number of remaining differences.
