Ryabkov said that one of the important tasks of June 12 talks is to agree on the timing and venue for talks between ministers of the countries involved.

Meanwhile, In Washington, State Department spokesman Jeffrey Rathke Friday admitted the talks were proving “complicated,” but nonetheless said the United States believes a deal can still be reached by June 30.
