(VOVworld) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Sunday urged Western countries to support a proposal granting greater power to Russian-speaking communities in Ukraine within a federal structure. He said if the West agrees, Russia, the US, and the EU will form a support group for the Kiev government. The proposal would gather all Ukrainian political groups, except extremist groups, to write a new constitution granting greater power to autonomous regions and protecting the interests of all Ukrainians.
