Russian, Ukrainian Foreign Ministers begin talks in Turkey
(VOVWORLD) - The foreign ministers of Russia and Ukraine began face-to-face talks Thursday in Turkey, the first high-level contact between the two sides since Moscow launched its military operation in Ukraine.

Officials from Kyiv and Moscow have held several rounds of discussions in Belarus, but the meeting in the southern city of Antalya represents the first time Russia has sent a minister for talks on the crisis.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu also attended the meeting which was held on the sideline of a diplomacy forum in Antalya.
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov is scheduled to deliver a speech about Russia's stance over the current issues at the forum.
